ABOUT US
Eastside Development LLC was formed in 1998 for the purpose
of developing a residential sub-division on the south east
side of Marshfield Wisconsin. The infrastructure for this
28 lot sub-division was completed in 1999. 17 lots have been
sold to various parties and Eastside Development LLC
constructed and sold two spec houses.
In September of 2004, we purchased 13 acres of land on the
north side of Marshfield just off Veterans Parkway. In May of
2005, the infrastructure for Veteran's Parkway Estates was
started and completed in October of 2005. A model was
constructed in October 2005 with two 1900 sq ft units
in one building. In May of 2006 the second building was
constructed with one 1900 sq ft side and one 1600 sq ft
side. Plans call for a total of 17 - 2 unit buildings.
Management team is Larry Shortess - Owner; Steve Binder -
Project Coordinator. Both individuals are lifelong residents
of Marshfield and have many years of business experience.
